Herb Stephens has lived in the Englewood area since 1976 and previously owned Kastle Keepers Pest Control and Lawn Care for over 18 years. Herb started Kastle Keepers Home Watch Service back in 1985 as a service for his pest control customers who were part-time residents and needing someone to look after their property while they were away. In 2002 Herb sold the pest control business but continued providing Home Watch service. In April 2005 he got his Real Estate license and is now assisting his customers with their real estate needs. Herb says "Helping buyers and sellers is very rewarding." Home Watch Service goes hand in hand with being a Realtor.
